1 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the msia8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. The msia8 platform is intended for adults only.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only.
• You are a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where the use of this platform is permitted by law.
• You are not currently on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant regulatory body.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice. msia8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time for security and regulatory compliance purposes.

2 Deposits & Financial Transactions

Msia8 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All financial transactions on this platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit is RM5 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• Any attempt to exploit bugs or software vulnerabilities for personal gain is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Player collusion to cheat the platform or other players is a serious violation that will result in legal action.

• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Providing inaccurate or false information during registration or KYC.
• Use of multiple accounts.
• Conduct that negatively affects other users' experience.

10 Applicable Law
